[0.16.6.1] Poker, Problems regarding multiple identical hands

# Summary

When two winning players possess identical hands in Texas Hold’em (and maybe 5 card stud, will take a lot of luck to check), one player is declared the winner and one is declared the loser.

# Steps

Get lucky, and have two players with the same hand. For my instance.
Player A: [Q][10]
Player B: [Q][10]
River: [8][J][K][A][4]

# What I expected to happen

Player A had a straight
Player B had a straight
Player A and B are both declared the winners, and both receive an equal share of the pot. (With any remainders randomly assigned. Such as if 3 people win a pot of 1000. Two receive 333, one receives 334.)

# What happened

Player A had a straight
Player B had a straight
Player A won; Player B lost.
Player A received the full pot (I think); Player B received none of the pot.
