[0.16.5.0] Tiling options don't work on Canvas Oval Rug and Canvas Circle Rug

Bug was addressed in this update, but fix for texture scale not working was only applied to the rectangular canvas rug, not the oval or circle variants.

Fixed in the hot fix.
