[0.16.5.0] Sound Emitter loudness

I’m not sure if this is a bug or feature, but if you face away from a sound emitter it is significantly quieter than if you’re facing towards it.

What I expected to happen

The loudness of a sound emitter should be same whether you’re facing it or not.

This is because the sound emitter is spatialized, meaning the position of your characters ears will adjust the volume accordingly.

We do have plans for Sound Volumes and Sound Ambience items that will disable spatialization.
