When you are in third person holding the Wowozela your flashlight wont follow you around, but it will rotate as you do.
Steps to Reproduce
Turn on your flashlight and then go into thirdperson when you have the Wowozela out.
What I expected to happen
The flashlight to always be positioned in front of the player wherever they currently are.
What happened
When holding the flashlight position gets stuck at the last spot it was visible and update its position. Entering firstperson and then exiting again will update it’s location, but it still wont actively follow you as you move around. It’ll rotate though.

This happens with both the regular and Spooky Wowozela. It can also affect other people if they have one out.
