If you have the Tower Glove out while outside of your condo, scrolling in and out will not adjust the third-person camera, or switch between third- and first-person when appropriate.
Steps to Reproduce
Equip the Tower Glove in the plaza or condo lobby, and then scroll with the scroll wheel.
What I expected to happen
The camera adjusts as normal.
What happened
The camera does not adjust its position.

Not sure why this happens, since it functions fine when using the Tower Glove in your own condo.
