[0.14.6.0] Gizmo arrow dragging doesn't work if displayed over a locked item

Dragging the arrows in the gizmo item menu does not work a lot of the time.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Left click on an item and try to drag one of the arrows that appears (applies to move, rotate, and scale arrows)
    • It might work properly if you’re standing in the right spot, or sometimes it just won’t work at all

What I expected to happen

The item and arrow would move

What happened

Neither moved

I figured out what actually causes this. The arrows drag properly if they are displaying over either an unlocked item or parts of the map, and do not drag if they’re displaying over a locked item:
