# \[0.14.5.1\] Toy Shop Transaction: Took Units w/o Giving The Items

I just tried to buy a selection of things at The Toy Shop.  
The screen got stuck on the symbol showing transaction in process.

After a long while I disconnected and logged back in.  
The shop had taken the units, but I had not recieved any of the items.

One of the Halloween events started just as this happened.

You will get the items later, it happened to me while buying Arcade items

happend to me aswell, but i bought a condo for 150000 units (spanish villa) and now i lost all the units. happend same thing for my friend aswell but they took 300000 from him.

as mentioned above, youll probably get your items eventually. steam is being very slow at the moment
