So my first mistake is playing at all with very high ping values, but I think this is a replication issue worth noting.
Steps to Reproduce
Play Ultimate Cow Wheel with a ping about greater than 150 ms.

The normal behavior.

Essentially the machine is haunted (which is ironically appropriate for the Halloween event)
