[0.14.5.0] Chain String Lacks Collision

Unlike the other String FX, the Chain lacks collision.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Place the Chain String
  • Walk over it
  • Repeat process with String Lights and Garland and compare

What I expected to happen

The Chain string to have collision

Fixed in next hot fix.
