[] Skull Item Has Overly Simple Collision

The collision on the Skull item is voxel based and results in a cubic collision. This isn’t noticeable when smaller, but is very noticeable when scaled up.

What I expected to happen

The collision to at least follow the general shape of the skull.

What happened

The collision is overly simple and expands past the skull’s boundaries.
