[0.14.1.3] Can't Throw Popcorn

You can’t throw popcorn.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to throw the Popcorn (either Unlimited or Limited varieties)
Here the clicks of denial.

What I expected to happen

LMB throws Popcorn.

What happened

The popcorn doesn’t throw.

Was working in our tests, but I found an issue with it and fixed it. Should be in next build.

Bumping to say that I still can’t throw popcorn in the Plaza or other players’ Condos even after the hotfix was released that should have fixed this. I can throw it in Condos I’m hosting, though

The other players have to update. Servers will update tonight.
