after the anniversarry update, the ghoulcery & santas workshop have had no items for sale. you can still buy them at the anniversarry store, but you can no longer spend any leftover coins at their respective store. all that shows up is “No items found. Maybe try another search query?” for every category
This is on purpose during the event. After the event you can use the holiday coins again.
