The crane in the Arcade was lowered and flinging around like crazy
EDIT: Every machine in the arcade was doing this

Not sure, I just happened to wander over to someone playing and it was like that.
What I expected to happen
The normal behavior.
What happened
The crane was hard to use because it wasn’t behaving correctly.
