In the video, the ball that landed in the jackpot actually landed in the “1” hole first (then bounced out and landed in the jackpot), so it only counted for 1 point instead of the jackpot. As far as I know, that particular issue is being addressed according to this (so the ball only counts once it’s settled in a hole).
