You can’t reset the texture, so to remove the image and get the default texture back you have to remove the URL so it loads infinitely, leave the condo, and rejoin.

This also applies to the Base Condo fireplace. They want both these objects to be recolourable, but they left the Canvas URL code attached (somewhat).
