Simply said, the ladybug backpack causes the wing items to revert into their t-pose stance respectively, and then either stay invisible or constantly blink in and out of visibility.
Flying still occurs, so it’s purely cosmetic in nature.
I only stumbled across this issue because I thought it’d be cute to put the Fly Wings under the Ladybug Backpack to make it look like the ladybug was flying itself. lol
