[0.12.0.0] Door Frame Panels' collision is Solid

In 0.12.0.0 the Door Frame panels became broken due to their collision becoming solid (losing the hole in the middle to walk through). (This is specifically about the Door Frame Small Full panels)

I’ve fixed this for the hotfix
