[0.11.0.0] Rocket Jumping Off of Walls Launches You Down Instead of Up

Whenever I try to rocket jump off of a wall, most of the time I either get launched downwards or barely get launched upwards.

It requires VERY accurate angles to fly higher, so I guess it’s because of the weird where-rocket-landed checks.
