At the beginning of each server restart, one of the events ending will send an event ended message with the text of:

EVENT: HANDLED IN THE HANDLER

I haven’t looked at it recently, but the first time I witnessed this, the events looked like this:

CHARACTER: Summer Character Visit                                        10 left for you
CHARACTER: Summer Character Visit

When the top event ended, the specified message appears.
