When a votekick is called, the vote tab persists on screen, and when you press F2 the vote restarts. The catch is the yes votes from the previous votes remain, so in theory one player can kick another just by recalling the vote every time.
I’ve only had it persist on my laptop where pressing F2 adjusts my volume, so I have to press the FN key to be able to vote.
Saw this once during an accelerate race. The vote originally failed to pass as the player in question left.
