When using the ice material, the sliding effect seems to behave oddly for guests of condos. Sometimes when you get on the ice it won’t cause you to slide, sometimes it causes you to slide over anything, and sometimes it works normal.

This also causes a rubberbanding feeling, which I think is because the client knows how the player should be moving and changes the animations and position correctly, but the host disagrees causing the players view to move around in an attempt to correct it. But hey, that’s just a theory.
