you can see on the right it offers me the chance to join a round of trivia, even though 6/6 people are already playing.
I don’t believe that’s a glitch, as people can (and will) change their mind and back out, opening up a spot. If it went away when it was full, you could possibly have the notification blipping in and out from people coming/going.
