As I have been told, I should make separate threads for each different bug, so here goes the first :
When joining someone’s condo (and probably your own too), you have the chance of spawning outside of it. With that I mean the unaccessible area of the condo, where there’s an invisible wall which “connects” to the rest of the condo and the world map

Edit : I have found in a thread that people can spawn outside of the condo if theres a coffee table on the entrance, but that makes them to crash. I highly doubt the server which I joined had a coffee table on the entrance as I was the only one with this issue.
Edit2 : Also noticed that someone else made a thread about it, sorry for not checking carefully.
