Will the game be discounted on the Steam Summer Sale?

If it is I am fully prepared to buy this game for all my friends

looks like i spoke too soon

It does kind of make sense. Say, for example, I got an Indian to buy me GTA 5, same applies, it costs £17 for GTA V in India, it costs £40 in the UK, hence why steam has disabled the feature.

There were already restrictions on countries like Russia for this reason before the policy change. The new system is overzealous because it looks for a 10% margin of difference, and since Australia pays via USD plus really high GST it means that most nations can no longer gift to them.

On top of this, Valve in it’s blatant fucking ignorance hasn’t even provided an option for consumers to pay the difference as an additional fee, which would solve the problem for everyone.

I would definitely buy this game for all my friends as well, but can’t afford to buy them all decent PCs though : )
