Video Poker incorrect scoring

Video poker does not recognize straight flush when having A 2 3 4 5. This has happened twice and I am lacking 440 credits payout on each time.

Ace is Higher than 2 3 4 5, this is not a bug.

Aces can be high or low depending on the hand, this is indeed a straight flush.

You obviously aren’t a poker player IRL nor video poker. It is a bug.

No it is not a bug it’s true. Aces are higher in a straight. To quote the Poker Room:

“Note, In a straight, Aces can only be high”

As of now, the house rules for Poker (Video Poker included) are as Agent stated. I don’t think there are any plans to change this.

So basically they don’t know how to program it to use the Ace high and low so they make a ‘house rule’ to say it’s only high. That’s just dumb and completely different concept than changing payout rates like blackjack paying 5:1 on all wins. No wonder nobody plays hold 'em.

No, it’s a choice we made.

In Tower Unite, Aces can only be high.

Not a bug, moved out of bug reports.
