I tried to fix it by verifying game files, reinstalling requirements (directx and vcredist) and disabling steam overlay.
This is how my game looks like:
Go into your graphics settings and put the resolution scale back up to 100.

Well, this game was made by a company called Pixeltail games…
Sadly, this is how I actually have to play lol (I have it set to 50 so it’s not THAT bad)
Well I would imagine if Pixeltail games were actually that pixelated (AKA pixeltail games in a nutshell :3)
