BOOOO! i was hoping to get Accelerate next, UCH was my least favourite gamemode. out of the 400+ hours i had on GMT i played 3 games of UCH. Looks like I’m already waiting for the next gamemode, i have no interest in this 
. Oh well…
From what I know, Little Crusaders has had work done on it before the game was even released. Andy showed off early knight models on one of the earlier streams. There wouldn’t have been any real reason to just put it on the backburner just because it lost a poll if it was already near completion.
I’m certainly not complaining though, UCH is my jam.

Same can be said about Accelerate. Check out the kickstarter trailer and you can see them racing around what appears to be the beach of the Plaza. I understand though that a lot more work had been done on LC because they knew that was one of the most popular game modes… Still, having a vote for the next gamemode seems pointless if you’re going to just go with the one you’ve done the most work on. Yes they know which game to focus on after LC but shouldn’t it have just been a vote for the next gameworld (after LC) instead of next game world (after casino)

I am not totally sure what that screenshot is depicting. It looks like Little Crusaders (it also looks like Planet Panic, but we already have that), but it could also be part of a race track for Accelerate, since racetracks can be any theme. It was never explicitly stated that the next gameworld would be either. We can assume that it is one or another, but for all we know it might be something different and unexpected.
The polls aren’t pointless. It’s more of a guideline for the devs as to what their playerbase wants the most. But, at the end of the day, it’s their game. For example, if Mac really really wanted to make SDNL, but it didn’t win a poll, he would probably still say “Fuck it, we’re gonna make SDNL first.” Only the devs are allowed to decide what they want to do with their game, but it’s nice of them to still consider the community. I can’t think of any other team that does that. So let’s not act entitled about it, yeah?
As for the trailer footage, you’re right, I forgot about that. It wouldn’t surprise me if they still have the basic driving code floating around somewhere to use as a base for Accelerate. But that footage was still very early, so it’s unlikely.

Who is acting entitled? all i did was express my disappointment with the next gamemode. I’m not demanding that they scrap this to make the gamemode i want, I’ll just wait.
Also plenty of Dev teams allow for people to vote or suggest the next thing for a game, It’s not uncommon especially since there are so many Early Access games.
But getting back to the topic, I’m disappointed with the next gamemode but at least there’s new maps for the current gamemodes to look forward to.

Seeing as Little Crusaders is going for a knights VS dragon theme, the medieval style in the screenshot looks more like something from Little Crusaders.
This and they said the picture would give it away big time and the obvious answer is LC
