This seems to be caused by the very low amount of VRAM available on your graphics card.

Those screenshots posted I have also experienced aswell, they seem to be very low quality textures anyway. No idea how this happens and I don’t believe it’s a VRAM issue as my VRAM is fine.

I too have noticed the first screenshot on my setup. Everything on Ultra, with a fresh 1070ti installed (8GB VRAM)

• Go to your Steam library
• Right click Tower Unite and click Properties
• Click Set Launch Options… and type in -notexturestreaming

Should be alright. Though, the game is maxing out your GPUs VRAM for some reason.
