Tab for a Cause is a website and a browser expansion that replaces your default “new panel” website. The thing is, however, that each time you view it (either by opening a new panel or setting it as your homepage) you earn “hearts” which you can donate to several charities. The company running TFAC will then send their ad profits, represented by the hearts, to the charity of your choosing.

https://www.ecosia.org which is the search engine used by TFAC, will plant a tree for every search you make (also gives you 1 heart in TFAC when you search)

Ive actually been using Tab for a Cause for awhile now… thanks to my tab addiction
