Make the in-game soda give you a “sugar rush” effect, complete with a small speed buff, a visual effect similiar to the one used by Virus’ adrenaline, screen shake and your character twitching.
It’d be similiar to drunkenness, except… well, without the alcohol.
Then have a sugar crash where you move slow as hell and the screen blurs black

If anyone’s curious why I suggested this, it’s because I don’t drink alcohol IRL or in-game. Just don’t find it tasty TBH. And since it’s getting updated with drunkness soon, I thought soda should get the same treatment

EDIT: Alright, let me rewrite my post to make it not sound so salty.
I know you can’t taste virtual alcohol, but it still feels weird for me to do so despite not liking the stuff IRL. And I like such small roleplaying.

who needs your useless replies? nobody. if you look at the original thread it appears 25 people would need this as there is 25 votes. It’s a fun feature and also one that makes some people feel more comfortable with, which again if you read anything it’s quite clear vtipoman feels he needs this and the 24 other people who voted.
also add diabetes to the game.
