It’s simple and to the point. It was fun for the couple of rounds I tried. The graphics look fine and the options are clearly sufficient. One thing I might suggest is to move the difficulty option out of the options menu and place it above or below the play button, just to make it obvious and easy to find (you might also move the question number option below the moved difficulty option as well, and turn the options menu into a simple mute button).
