Okay, that mount didn’t quite work out, so I just used the monitor stands that came with their selves

(The second one)

I’ve taken more of a minimal approach to my setup. It’s as clutter-free as possible, and I try to keep it that way. Main/gaming monitor is the one on the left, which is actually a 40" Emerson TV. I use the offhand monitor on the right to keep something else running like a Youtube video or Spotify.

Here’s the actual build with the side panel taken off.

I don’t feel like going through every single specification, but the basic hardware is as follows:

  • Cooler Master Storm Scout case
  • ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard
  • EVGA Geforce GTX760 (Recently upgraded from a Radeon 6960)
  • AMD FX 8120 Eight-core processor (Runs at 3.11GHz)
  • Corsair TX750 power supply
  • Corsair Vengeance 8GB dual channel DDR3 RAM
  • ASUS Internal Blu-Ray Drive (Not sure of the exact model. Have only
    used it once or twice.)
  • 1TB Seagate Hard Drive

I’ve had it for about 4-5 years now, and it’s been through a few repairs. Built-in Ethernet adapter was fried, so I installed a new NIC card a while ago. A couple of the PCI slot covers were damaged/lost during transport. My old graphics card failed, and I’ve also had to replace the CD drive. Overall, though, it’s worth all the maintenance. Can still run most games on high to ultra around 50FPS, and this was all on an $800 budget from 2010.
