Rename "Questions" to "Help/Questions"

It was like this in the old forums, and people never really posted in the wrong section because it was pretty clear that if you needed help, you posted in the help section.

Currently, it just says “Questions”. I feel it’s just a matter of clarity, if someone had a problem and just joined the forums for help on something, they might be tempted to post in bug reports because they think it’s a game problem.

I’m not sure how that is hard to perceive.

I’d rather separate the forums:

Introduce a tech support section

Since we’re in Early Access Alpha most of the reported bugs are going to be actual bugs. But “Can someone help me with this problem on my computer?” doesn’t seem to have a place where it really fits right now. It could be its own section with a “Try this before posting” sticky including the obvious things like restarting Steam, rebooting PC, verifying game data, renaming ClientRegistry.blob, deleting the Browser cache, turning off CAPSLOCK, where to check if $SERVICE is down again and so on.
