Plaza feelsl like a ghost town, i think that movement speed needs to be reduced to encourage people to socialize and stuff.

I think this would do more bad than good.

Thats the point,making people interact while waiting.
My personal opinion is that if people want to interact, they will slow down on their own and interact with others. Forcing them to be slow won’t be of much use if they don’t want to interact in the first place.
