Possible Highrise Secret Room?

So… should we start looking? I mean theres the possibility that they meant the Sub-Basement which did have a bug with weather leaking in. But the Sub-Basement isn’t exactly secret. They show it off in the trailer. And its kind of behind a elevator door at spawn.
