Plaza Shrimp?

I heard of this rumor that at times, a shrimp NPC would spawn into the Plaza and give uncommon items. Is that true?

To answer you though, I’ve neither heard this rumour nor seen this NPC.
To my knowledge, whoever said this was a troll, and the only characters that will spawn are:
-Spooksby the ghost
-Dire Chad the Spider
-Charles the Pumpkin
-And The Skeleton, Louis Decay
