A tool that allows you to turn the collision of any item placed in a condo on or off, this would allow people to make hidden rooms or doors and would open up way more building options 
Yes. In addition, toggling collisions with players and/or physics objects (basketball, etc.) could be useful.

maybe a little tick in a c menu is more handy for such a simple feature, instead of having a whole new tool for it

this should be a C menu option
but
would be good for disabling collisions of INDIVIDUAL props
but i think we have too many tools, my hotbar is very cluttered with them, a Q + Right Click menu option would suffice aswell
