are the lucky slot machines and bag of units going to be placeable? I want to make a bank with them and the new catsacks in my condo and was just curious.

Yes, they behave the same as catsacks.
You can move them around, and upon pressing E there will be a prompt asking if you want to use it, which if you do, it’ll redeem the reward and remove the item.
