Applications using the database (like mine) might have limited space for displaying the question and/or answers. Therefore, a maximum length for both the questions and answers could be useful, e.g. questions max. 150 character, answers max. 20 characters.

Questions are required to be a minimum of 6 characters while having a maximum of 140 characters.
Answers are required to have 1 character minimum, while having a maximum of 140 characters.
