The tower is supposed to be a resort right? The cloudless sky fits a lot better with the theme of the plaza.

I’d be nice if it remained exclusive to the autumn plaza that way you have something to look forward to as the seasons change.
Honestly, I’m kind of hoping that they’ll eventually add random weather in the same vein that condo random weather is handled (though probably with special seasonal probabilities, like more snow in the winter and more sunny skies in summer). That way you’re never quite sure what the weather will be; besides, if you can’t handle weather particles the options to turn them off are already present.
