Does it happen every time you and your friend load into the condo? If not, there is definitely something wrong with how the condo loads for the host and its peers. If so, there is definitely something different in your settings.
This happens sometimes when I’m visiting other people too, I’ve seen some canvas’ go through walls with just the frame of the portrait showing. So I think it might be how it loads to host and peers. I’m not too sure if it’s every time though.
I remembered, it can be potentially due to how GPUs render 3d objects with their own settings. See NVidia’s GeForce panel, GPUs will have their own way of rendering, so that could be the difference between you and your friend’s visuals.
