Whenever you go to condo on the main menu you get all the options: House, Condo, Smooth Dirt, Suite, Underwater, Highrise, and Art Studio. All of these are avalible at the Retailor except one, the Art Studio. Was it a accident of displaying art studio? or do you buy it somewhere else besides the main Retailor?
