You can view the rules in-game at the transit station. For your reference they are also here on the forums. I have also done a break down on each rule (why we have them, what punishment) to have complete transparency in how we handle our moderation on our servers.
Donors are not exempt from the rules.

Our Ban Policy
If we find you are violating one of our rules (that are not instant permaban), typically we will first kick you off the server with a warning. After the kick, if you have not improved or stopped violating our rules we will then issue a ban from our servers. The first ban is typically minor and serves as a warning. The second or third ban will be much longer. Depending on the violation or repetition you could be permabanned.
This is a loose policy. Not every ban will fall into these categories, but this is how we aim to administrate the server.
You could easily violate the rules so badly that you’ll get a fast track to permaban. You could also get many minor bans and end up never getting permabanned. It is all depending on the circumstances and severity related to your individual bans.
We handle all bans with great care and objectivity.

We employ this rule so that users treat developers and admins with respect. Players should never back talk developers or admins. Admins and developers work hard on this project and they should be protected from harassment or trolling just as every other player on the server.Punishment For Breaking: 2-6 day ban (or more at the discretion of the admin)
No trolling or harassment
Similar to the no discrimination ban, this is because we want to keep tower a friendly environment. We do not allow players trolling or harassing anyone **at all**. Do not expect to be warned after you have been harassing others and don't expect a free pass.This is one of the more complex rules to moderate as it is very case-by-case. A simple way to avoid this ban - treat others with respect. If a player asks you to stop bothering them - then stop. Don’t talk back to players or act like you are above them.

No racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination
We aim to keep our servers family-friendly and free of negatively. We want every player to have fun and enjoy their time. Our users should not be subjected to any type of abuse - verbal or written. Most players have expressed that loud sounds, repetitive noises, and other various audio spam is really annoying and bothersome to them. Not every player knows how to mute other players - nor should they be forced to. Music is not allowed over mic - there are other ways to play music such as the nightclub and condos. >**Punishment For Breaking:** 1 day ban; 5 day ban; possible permaban for repeat offenses.No chat spamming
Like mic spamming, this mostly goes without saying. Flooding the chat with insane amount of spam is not allowed. People should not have to deal with any form of spam while playing tower. If a banned user attempts to dodge bans by using alt accounts, we will take serious action upon the alt account. This is employed as a serious punishment for those who attempt to get away from their original ban.
