- download the 2013 x64 version of visual C++
- remove all other versions by going into the control panel and click on “uninstall a program” and right click and click uninstall.
- right click on the windows icon on the bottom left
- click on control panel
- click on “Find and fix problems”
- click on “Fix problems with Windows Update” and then click next.
- after the small wait click “Try troubleshooting as an administrator”
- update your OS.
- install visual c++ 2015 (download x86 before x64)
- play tower unite! (hopefully)
if the stuff above does not work then just google “windows 10 accessibility” and then click on the first one that is not an ad and upgrade to windows 10 for free. (might take 2 days to allow you to upgrade)
