After going under the map and locating the hidden tunnel, I found that it was no longer player accessible.
The small gap you could use to get through using a tiny potion has been sealed off.
I was able to clip under the surface a little and find that the door and everything else is still there.

I didn’t even know it existed until yesterday and when I made my way over to it I couldn’t get in 
I assume we’re not meant to access it and that it’s going to be used in later content, or used for a Halloween event or something.

I’d just stay in bounds if I were you. Nobody ever goes out of bounds.
