I don’t know if this has been suggested before but I’ll suggest it anyway.
A good way to allow players to get an additional income in my opinion is allowing people to potentially do jobs for units, such as working in the casino being a blackjack or roulette dealer or working in the bowling alley, resetting the lane if a ball was to get stuck for instance.
As an incentive maybe have special milestones and exclusive rewards for doing jobs and generally making the tower experience a better one for everybody.
This was just a thought off the top of my head so it may be a stupid suggestion, but let me know what you think anyway.

While the idea is noteworthy, it seems like that would be kind of opposite of the point of Tower Unite. Making everything automatic is more efficient and the workers might not do their job. This means you would have to keep waiting and waiting for them to do it. Also (Even though its my opinion), I think gamemodes are a much more fun way to acheive money. Joining gamemodes will actually be a lot faster in Tower Unite, so it will be different than Gmod Tower when you had to keep switching servers.
Playing games to earn money reminds me of Neopets!
I’d rather not have to rely on some kid who doesn’t know how to deal cards just because he wanted a quick buck.
Or we have that guy who wont reset the ball and is afking to make free money.
I was thinking… take a look at this. There are certain achievement-like goals that you can win multiple times, for an a example: spending time with 2 other players ( such in condos or gamemodes ) for and hour will reward you with a message on the screen stating," 3 Man Band completed! Reward: 300 Units". These goals are not something you should try to achieve, but a tiny reward for playing Tower Unite in different ways. Well, there you go. Thats my idea 
Good idea, but I agree with all the other posts. I don’t want to wait for people who are just not doing their job.
The only problem with it is that you are doing boring stuff for in game currency… you have just explained to me the definition of grinding… Da big G don’t need to do no grindin for moni ass he is alredy 4rich6u
