Is it just me or are there some really, REALLY neat condos popping up lately? I’ve been holding back on the likes months ago but these days I feel like that’s not an option anymore.

I think I’m going to steal this idea, or do something similar. I like the idea, and I’ve been trying to figure out what I wanted to do with some of the space outside.
