Daily Dev Log for October 5th, 2017
Hey everyone! Here’s what everyone on the team has been working on over the course of today, October 5th, 2017.
@Zak started working on a chat inline parser, wrote a quick FString emulator for plain C++ to speed up code iteration on parser development, and helped @Matt out with some secret Halloween stuff.
@macdguy doesn't work today, but wrote some more dialogue lines for stores and events.
@Lifeless continued working on the rail-based shooting gallery.
@Matt worked on some secret Halloween stuff.
@MrSunabouzu is still sick, but worked on art for Zombie Massacre.
@Madmijk created an item for Halloween.
@Johanna continued remodeling the new sonic shotgun for Virus.
@Caboose700 doesn't work today.
@Wergulz finished up the long zombie run, finished the first "Alerted" animation, editing it so that it blends into the run animation, and started working on a new "Alerted" animation.
@donglekumquat continued working on music for Zombie Massacre.
@Deniz worked on an investigation into media player performance, threw more time at the ¼ screen lit bug when effects are set to low, and explored how to debug issues that happen on shipping builds but not development builds.
