Daily Dev Log for June 6th, 2017
Hey everyone! Here’s what everyone on the team has been working on over the course of today, June 6th, 2017.
@Zak returned from the hospital after his recent lung surgery
@macdguy finished development of the non-Arcade API 2D system for Arcade games in the lobby. He also started a very small amount of the gameplay logic of Super Hoopers. In addition, he started to teach Caboose about the new game base framework changes. He also finished Team Elimination for Laser Tag, and is preparing to make more.
@Foohy has been busy with school work and finals.
@Lifeless continued his work on the Containership map for SDNL. He continued to work on the containership model itself as well as looked into scaling issues.
@Matt continued his work on the replacement weapon for the M41A in Virus. The high poly model is nearing completion.
@MrSunabouzu has been continuing work on substance materials for SDNL.
@Madmijk has been working on his Studio condo. He finished the base fill light models today.
@Johanna is out of town until June 10th in South Korea.
@Caboose700 started to learn the basics of the game base system in the lobby, in preparation for making some of the non-Arcade API 2D games. He also wrote a specification document for implementation of the Salmon Says arcade game. He also monitored and restored core Tower Unite systems during the weekly Steam maintenance.
@Wergulz started to revisit the “forward” animation for polish. He also began work on the “left” run cycle animations.
@donglekumquat is currently moving to Los Angeles.
