Daily Dev Log for July 20th, 2017
Hey everyone! Here’s what everyone on the team has been working on over the course of today, July 20th, 2017.
@Zak started working on the new chat UI.
@macdguy helped release the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update. He tracked the bugs on the forums, updated the catsack odds, fixed the pool tube collisions, and fixed the tooltips not always being removed when you drag an inventory item. He also fixed an issue that would allow a sell dialog to be opened for exclusive items, and started looking into the issues with bowling. He started blocking out the first gameplay pass of Fishing, and reduced the volume of the Potato Gun and Virus hit sounds.
@Foohy helped release the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update. He fixed bugs that resulted from the update, such as the chat being duplicated, the inventory sometimes disappearing, the network relevancy issues, the condo not saving with new items, and Spin 2 Win taking too long to give items. He also talked with @Zak and @macdguy about the new chat UI.
@Lifeless continued working on the blockout of the Zombie Massacre map, Gasoline. He also made some adjustments and fixes to the Ball Race map, Khromidro for the Tower Unite 0.3.4.1 hotfix.
@Matt created football (soccer) items.
@MrSunabouzu continued working on Fishing items.
@Madmijk continued creating models for his SDNL map.
@Johanna continued her work on the art for the Virus map, Solar.
@Caboose700 updated the lobby servers for the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update release. He also created clients and servers for the Tower Unite 0.3.4.1 hotfix. Lastly, he approved / rejected trivia questions.
@donglekumquat profiled the Tower Unite 0.3.4.0 update, and started working on a total re-design of the handgun sound effects for Virus.
@Krionikal added a hand to the bubble gun, and made some fixes with the confetti gun.
